UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS
THIS PROJECT FEATURES MY SKILLS IN LAYOUT DESIGN, COPY EDITING, PHOTOGRAPHY, LOGO DESIGN, BRAND/CREATIVE STRATEGY, AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING.
As the Chief Editor of the Scroll, I oversaw the production of the annual campus yearbook at the University of Central Arkansas, a college with over 11,000 students. With a staff of 24 and a school-sponsored budget of $4500, my team and I created 216 pages using Mac OS X and Adobe Creative Suite software.
Our modernized publication won a total of 9 awards and honorable mentions for cover design, typographic presentation, endsheet/divider designs, featured, academic & sports layouts, and general excellence. I designed the yearbook’s first full-color cover of the University colors in over a decade and created the first social media accounts for the Scroll.
